Subscription Renewal
Qualified, free subscriptions can be renewed using our Subscriber Assistant. Please have your account number available and make sure to answer all of the questions.
Change of Address
Change of address requests can be processed using our Subscriber Assistant as long as the name of the subscriber and place of employment has not changed. Please have your account number available.
Change of Employment or Subscriber Name
If you change your company of place of employment, you must request a new subscription. If the subscriber name changes, you also must request a new subscription.
